Hello! I am leaving Hamburg for a long trip in South America until beginning of 2025 and I am temporarily subletting my room during that time.
You will have the chance to live in a very bright and spacious room in a very central area of Hamburg, close to Sternschanze and Altona.
The room is fully equipped with bed, couch, desk, office chair, book shelves, wardrobe, and even a piano. All the furniture will remain in the room, so that you will be able to use a completely furnished room from day 1 of your move in. Of course, I will take care to remove all my personal items in advance.
The flat perfectly fits as a 2-people WG. It consists of a corridor giving straightly to a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet, plus the 2 wide bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, a small but functional oven, water boiler and all pans and utils one might need. The flat is overall rather bright, with windows giving on green areas.
The location of the flat is one of best you could ever find! All Sternschanze, St. Pauli, and Altona are reachable by foot.
The area in nicely served by many bus lines, as 3, 15, 25... The S-bahn stop Holtenstraße is also at 5 min walk.
The Wohlers Allee park with its nice vibes lays at 2 min walk from the flat, so that going out there to enjoy some good weather or practice open-air sport will likely come in your daily routine !
I am Davide, 29, from Italy. I just obtained my PhD in Chemistry, and want to explore South America for few months before coming back to Germany and look for a long-term job.
You will share the flat with Lars, 26, from Bremen in Germany. Lars is a very open, nice, and relaxed guy, with interests in sport (he is currently a lot into playing tennis) and do-it-yourself hobbies. I am sure you will get along with Lars very nicely.
We look for somebody who is not a super party animal, but also wants to spend some time together when it comes, eg. to have a beer or chat a bit. But of course it that comes spontaneously, with no pressure or have-to-do feelings. We all know how to respect the space of others when they need. Overall, the mood in the flat has always been relaxed and very easy-going. Once a week we organize a small cleaning of the common areas of the flat.
