A single room is available in a 2-person shared apartment starting March 1, 2025. The lease is for at least six months, with the option to extend based on mutual agreement with the main tenant. Looking for a responsible, easygoing, and quiet sub-tenant.

The total rent is €450 per month (including everything), with a one-time deposit of €500, which will be refunded when the sub-tenant vacates.

The room is approximately 13-14 m² and comes with basic furniture. Additionally, the current sub-tenant has purchased some extra furniture and household items for the apartment, which the new tenant will need to take over for a reasonable cost to be agreed upon with the current sub-tenant.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with supermarkets like LIDL and REWE just an 8-10 minute walk away. Altona train station can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is well-connected by public transport, with buses 1, 15, 250, and 150 reaching Altona in just 5 minutes. Bahrenfeld train station is a 10-minute walk away, and Elbstrand (Elbe Beach) can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes.

The location is ideal for someone working at DESY, as bus 1 provides a direct connection in 15 minutes, or it’s just a 10-minute bike ride. The area is also close to UCI Mall, which features a cinema, McFit gym, bowling/pool, and other entertainment options. Additionally, Flashh—the bouldering gym—is within a 10-15 minute walking distance.

The main tenant is rarely around on weekdays and is usually home only late in the evening. On weekends, he mostly keeps to himself in his room, though you might catch him for small talks in the kitchen.

**Additionally, the main tenant has two cats, Mavi and Lila, in the apartment. They are well cared for and not troublesome, but the new sub-tenant should be comfortable living with them.
