STATEMENT
I prefer someone who can come over for flat viewing in person. if it is not possible, especially for the one who is not in Germany yet: I reserve the room ONLY against a reservation deposit (= 2xMonthly Rent), this money will not be returned if you wont move in at the end!!!

This flat has 80sqm and 4 sleeping rooms (4 persons co-living) incl. Kitchen, Bathroom, separate WC.
The room for rent has 16sqm and is furnished with bed (200x90cm) + mattress, wardrobe, desk+ chair. (the plants are not available) (the room will be only rented with furniture )
No Sofa available, please ignore the last three pictures, cuz it is another room which is not availble any more.
The rent includes Electricity, Internet, Heating (overuse against surcharge) etc. all in.
For rent is only the room mentioned above, kitchen and bathroom will be shared.
Supermarkets are 200 to 800m away (Netto/REWE/Penny/Lidl/Aldi) and a turkey greengrocer is just around the corner.
the flat is between two metro station, so you can reach the metro station within 5 min-10min Walk depending on the station. from there, you can reach the central train station in about 12 min.
