The room is 12-13 sqm and fully furnished (desk, bed, wardrobe, shelf). It is located on the 7th floor of a building constructed in 2005. While the room is not very large, it features a full-wall window and a balcony, allowing plenty of natural light and giving an open feel. If you prefer less light, you can use my curtain to block it.

The room is just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop (lines 20, 28, 31, 32). You can reach Hauptbahnhof (main station) in 13 minutes, Rewe and Aldi (grocery stores) in 12 minutes, and Mensa (canteen) in 7 minutes on foot. The Botanic Garden nearby offers a chance to enjoy nature, and if you’re into sports, the Sportzentrum is just an 11-minute walk away.
Buses run every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends or holidays.
This area, Neuenheimer Feld, is designed specifically for students, making it a lively and safe place where you’ll always see other students around, even if you’re walking alone at night. In particular, INF 129, where the room is located, is an international dormitory with kind and welcoming neighbors, so there’s no need to worry about discrimination.
You will be sharing the flat with three others, all female students at Heidelberg University. However, male roommates are also welcome. You can maintain your independent living style if you prefer, but the atmosphere can also be social if you're open to chatting or sharing meals together.
Currently, we don’t have a fixed cleaning schedule, but everyone cleans regularly to keep the space hygienic and tidy. While we don’t usually host big parties, you’re welcome to invite friends as long as you inform the others in advance and act responsibly. (There’s even an extra bed available for your guest!)
The flat includes a shared storage area, one kitchen, and two washrooms, with one attached to the bathroom. Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement and can be used with your student ID card.
Additionally, you can use a drawer chest, an oven, shared cooking tools (pans, pots, forks, etc.), and some basic seasonings for free. This means you don’t need to worry about initial expenses.
The rent includes utilities (heating, electricity, water, and internet). Pets are not allowed, and the building has two elevators and a bike storage area. Residence registration is not required.
Please note that this room is available for students only due to the laundry policy. If you're interested, feel free to contact me. The contract is only available from early February to February 24th, and the key must be returned to me on the 24th.
