Hi there!
The following rooms can either be rented individually or as an entire apartment. Since the apartment is to be rented on a temporary basis, it would be ideal for Erasmus students or students/young professionals coming to Heidelberg for an internship. Room sizes range from 8 to 55 square meters and are as follows:
Room number 1 (8 square meters, 600€ incl. utilities): ideal for one person, includes a bed and cupboard for storing clothes.
Room number 2 (18 square meters, 800€ incl. utilities): ideal for one person or a couple; includes a bed, chest of drawers and a desk. This room is available starting at the beginning of November, while the other two rooms are available immediately.
Room number 3 (55 square meters, 1100€ incl. utilities): ideal for one person, a couple or 2 friends: includes a bed (not shown in picture), a desk. The advantage of this room is that it is very spacious, has direct access to the terrace, has high ceilings and a fireplace. The drawbacks are that the sliding door that connects the room to the rest of the apartment isn't completely soundproof and due to the large windows it is not completely dark during the night.
The shared areas include the kitchen, bathroom(s), balcony, terrace, and living room.The living room will be furnished with a dining table, a couch and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is some space in the basement for additional storage of personal belongings. Bikes can also be stored in the garage. Currently the roof is being renovated so there is construction work ongoing until the middle of November.

Close to Heidelberg-Rohrbach for everyday needs, good connection to Heidelberg downtown and university via tram.
Nice residential area and very close to nature.
As explained in the previous section, the plan is to rent the rooms individually or as an entire apartment. There will be 3-5 people in the apartment. In case you are coming to Heidelberg with a group of friends or know others who would want to share the apartment with you, this apartment is also ideal.
