Hi there :) We offer two 2 rooms (each around 15m2) in a bright, quiet 3-room-apartment. Apart from that there will be a fully equipped shared kitchen, two shared bathrooms and a shared balcony. The first room can be used as a bedroom. It features a 1.80-meter bed with a new memory foam matress, a large closet, a dresser, and a small bench. A large glass door leads to the balcony, allowing for plenty of natural light. The second room is ideal for use as a workspace, equipped with a desk, a dresser, 2 cupboards and an armchair.

The rooms will be free from 30.12.2024 but as this is very short notice move in date is flexible.

The apartment is located in Südstadt neighborhood, a peaceful and green area near the forest. Despite its tranquil setting, it is still conveniently and centrally located just 10 minutes away from the city center (Bismarckplatz and Altstadt) by bike. Public transportation is also easily accessible. Tram stop is 4 min away, with the Tram it takes 15 min to Bismarckplatz and Heidelberg central station. Various supermarkets also nearby

The apartment offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a peaceful living space. I'm usually working from home, and so its important for me to have a quiet environment. Normally we live here as a couple but as my wife will not be here for a while we want to offer these rooms to someone. This apartment is not suitable for students seeking a party atmosphere.

There is a washing machine and dryer available for your use. If you have a car, you can use the private parking space or find street parking. Internet is included in the rent, and the monthly cost includes heating and electricity.
