Looking for a nice room in Heidelberg? This one should be just perfect for you.

It is about 16qm beautifully lit in the daytime and has a gorgeous wooden floor and high ceilings. I am not going to take any of the furniture with me. They are quite new and i took them from the person before as well. Plus we just bought a new washing machine and a refrigerator

If you don't like the furniture you can sell them easily as they are quite new are not damaged and look nice. The apartment is a charming old building quite big and with a big corridor. In the Kitchen we have washing machine and a dish washer. The toilet and the bathroom with bathtub and shower are separated from each other.
500€ (plus 15-20€ for internet and TV/radio tax) is all in all, it's what you pay per months, this includes the water, heating internet and electricity.

The apartment is very central in Westadt: by foot it takes you only 15 mins to go to Altstadt, there is a bus station and the S-Bahn station 5 mins form the door shelf. From your room you've got a view nice green hills, that invite you to go hiking or take a walk. Shopping is 30 secs from your door (Nahkauf and Alnatura), central station is 5 mins by train.
