The flatshare has a nice kitchen (with a couch, dining table, dishwasher and balcony), a bathroom and an additional toilet.

Your room is 19 sqm and has a view of the hills. It has nice wooden flooring and comes furnished (although you can bring your own furniture).

There is also a washing machine downstairs in the basement.

The apartment is located in the lovely suburb of Weststadt. It is an old building with a beautiful fascade. From the apartment you are walking distance to Bismarkplatz (10 min) and the main train station (17 min). It also has lots of easy public transport options so it is easy to get anywhere in Heidelberg by foot, bike or public transport.

You are also surrounded by a bunch of supermarkets. The Penny, Biomarkt and Edeka are just around the corner and the Aldi and Rewe are not too far away by foot.

I’m looking for someone to join a new quiet flatshare (think creative ~ knitting, painting ~ or movie nights). I’d love to go for the occasional walk, brunch, or even daytrips to explore nearby towns.

You would be living with me - Sabrina (28), an Australian postdoc working at the University Hospital. My hobbies include: wheel throwing pottery, going for jogs (sometimes), Australian football, buying new plants, binge watching the odd Netflix show.

Another housemate will also be moving in in April.

There is an inner courtyard that can also be enjoyed by everyone in the building.
