Hey there dear future roomies
as I am in holidays and won't be home in my beautiful room, we are looking for a great, open-minded and happily international flatmate. (Deutsche sind jedoch natürlich auch ok 😅)
The available room is super bright with a view out to the green, has 18sqm and is fully furnished, ready for you to just move in with a suitcase. The flat is newly renovated and has high ceilings with stucco, electric shutters in al rooms and a beautiful new parquet floor.
We live in Weststadt, one of the most popular locations in Heidelberg since the neighbourhood is very open and international with many beautiful little cafés around. Additionally the city center and popular river neckar can be reached through a lovely 10min stroll and the main train station is only 8min and the next tram stop only 2min walking distance away. There is also a big market within 5 minutes walking distance.
We are: Elli (from Heidelberg), and Marta (from Portugal)
Elli ist eine herzlich und sehr offene Person. Sie mag es in der Küche zu quatschen während sie in der zwischenzeit am liebsten koreanisches Essen kocht oder Kuchen/große Torten backt. Sie ist gerne viel unterwegs, liebt es zu reisen und treibt viel Sport (Yoga, Wakeboarden, Biking etc.).
Marta is from beautiful Lisbon Portugal and is our Mrs Sporty as she goes running most mornings and hits the Gym most nights. Marta works as a Key Account Manager in Heidelberg and is in Homeoffice most days.
Marta is new in Heidelberg and loves to get out and discover new things with. They are both amazing people to live with and always keen to hang out, eat together or just chat a bit after a long work day.
Relationship:
We appreciate not having to fight over who buys salt, olive oil, etc. We share who buys what and keep it simple. :)
We would like to explore Heidelberg together with the future roommate, since we ourselves still love to discover new things in Heidelberg. Also, we both like to have friends over who may then also sleep in our living room. Of course, this also applies to you as a future roommate. :)
Cleaning:
We will have a cleaning person who takes care of the overall together space cleaning duties every 2nd week. Stuff like putting away our dishes or emptying the dishwasher etc is done by ourselves, so the work keeps with us three really within limits.
Furniture and other:
We have in the apartment really everything you need to live (pots, dishes, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine,...), so you would only need to bring your own clothes.
By the way:
We have 2 refrigerators - you’ve got your own - so that it is not cramped with our passion for cooking 😍
