The room i will rent is approximately 12m2 and fully furnished. There is a bed, a table, a chair, a coat rack, a commode and a small carpet. The room is get easily hot in winter and take the sun and has a big window. It takes the sun all day and is also a very shiny room.

House is in Kadıköy in Istanbul. It is in Suadiye district and very easy to access to transportation. It is 5 minutes walk close to Marmaray Station to "Suadiye" Station. It is 15-20 minutes far to Marmara University and Kadıköy center.
With Marmaray, it is 20 minutes far to ferries and it takes 30-45 minutes to go to European Side depends on how much you wait for the train and ferry.

The house has a small kitchen with every tool it needed, a bathroom, a big livingroom and a small balcony. All house is fully furnished. I am living in this house for 3 years and want to rent my second room. I have graduated this June and also looking for a person who is also open-minded like me. I don't mind smoking or drinking. The person who will rent the room also can invite their friends and have time together. The room I will rent, you can see on the first photo.
