The flatmates are two friendly and respectful individuals, both students. They are easy-going, cooperative, and maintain a harmonious living environment. Everyone values cleanliness and mutual respect, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere in the shared apartment.
Everyday life in the flatshare is quite relaxed. The flatmates often cook individually but are always open to occasional chats or shared meals. The shared spaces, such as the kitchen and bathroom, are well-maintained and used responsibly. There’s a good balance between social interaction and personal space, making it an ideal living situation for students.
As for requirements, we are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and mindful of shared responsibilities. This sublet is perfect for FH Aachen students, interns, or anyone looking for temporary accommodation near the RWTH Solar Campus in Jülich. RWTH students are also welcome and there are feequent direct buses from right outside the dorm tk Aachen bushof, that takes around 40 minutes.
The room is partly furnished, and essential utilities are included in the rent. Please note that Anmeldung (registration) is not possible due to the short-term nature of the lease.
