I'm moving because I got an offer from a dorm room. The room is bright and there are items to meet your every need and it is a quite room. No need to pay any additional fee. You can just take your suitcase and settle in. The heating system of the house is quite good. You will never get cold. There is a desk, a bed, a wardrobe and clothes hanger in the room. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, television, furnace and an induction stove. There is also no need to buy forks, spoons, pans or pots. Everything is available. The toilet is clean and hot water is always available. All bills, heating, internet are included in the rent. There is a laundry on the ground floor. You can use it whenever you want.
It is located at the Hauptfriedhof stop. 1 Minute walk to Edeka. 10 minute walk to Aldi and Lidl. There is also a doner and hamburger shop next to Edeka. It's a 10-minute walk to the university. The tram stop is a 1-minute walk away. That's why you can go wherever you want whenever you want.
Your new roommates are very nice and understanding people. They always respect the private space.
Tim (19) works at siemens. He leaves the house in the morning and comes in the evening. It is difficult to meet him during the day. He's going to his family for the weekend.
