Wir bieten ab 01.04.2019 ein großes WG-Zimmer (Zimmer Nr. 4) in einer komplett sanierten, hellen NICHTRAUCHER-Wohnung in Kirchen/Sieg. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Einzelzimmer, eine geräumige Gemeinschaftsküche, 2 Bäder, Gäste-WC und kl. Waschküche auf 2 Etagen. Die Küche ist großzügig mit Inventar ausgestattet, inkl.Spülmaschine, Microwelle und Senseo-Kaffemaschine. Im kleinen Hauswirtschaftsraum stehen kostenlos Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügelbrett usw. zur Verfügung. Ihr könnt also ohne große Neuanschaffungen direkt einziehen!
Das Zimmer Nr. 4 mit einer Grundfläche von 32 qm (mit Dachschrägen) hat folgende
Grundausstattung: 1 Bett (1,40 x 2,00 m), Kleiderschrank (1,50 m), Schreibtisch,
Schreibtischstuhl, 1 Regal, Couch mit Tisch, TV-Gerät (mit Sat-TV). Internetanschluß ist
vorhanden und kann vom Mieter selbst angemeldet werden. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, sich
am Vertrag einer Mitbewohnerin zu beteiligen.
Zur Lage: Die Stadt Kirchen, mit sehr guter Infrastruktur, liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Bahnstrecke
Siegen/Köln/Aachen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet - der Bahnhof ist
in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Semester-Ticket der Uni Siegen fährt man mit der Bahn
kostenfrei in 14/19 Minuten bis Siegen Hbf.
Wir bieten kein Hotel mit Room-Service! Wir erwarten von unseren Mietern die Bereitschaft, das eigene Zimmer sowie die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume regelmäßig zu reinigen und pfleglich zu behandeln.

Please notice, that our accommodation is not located in Siegen. Our town Kirchen is a nice village on
the railway route Siegen-Cologne-Aachen with about 10.000 residents and a good infrastructure with
supermarkets, banks and a hospital. The distance to Siegen is about 20 km by car, by train the
distance is shorter, it will take you approximately 14-19 minutes to the central station in Siegen.
The registered students of the University Siegen are getting a student ticket for train and bus. The
railway station Kirchen it is only a short walk of 8 minutes from the house.

The apartment already contains furniture like a bed, a desk, a closet, a TV, a chair. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking and eating, including dish washer. You have the possibility to rent bedclothes and towels.
We have also a washing machine and a dryer without extra charge. The price of the room is including
electricity and hot water and TV charge etc. Only the internet is not included, but a housemate has a
contract and she shares it together with the other renters.
In the past we didn’t have the best experience with unknown renters! It would be great, if you could
provide us some information about you and the date on which you are planning to rent the apartment.

Please notice: We offer no hotel with room service and Smoker are not welcome! It is important, that our renters constant clean their own room and also the common rooms together with the other housemates.
