It is a room that sees a lot of sun during the day. It's on the ground floor. It has a high ceiling. It is not furnished. The floor has carpet. It is meant for one person only.
It is 10 minutes from the city centre and 20 minutes from HSRW. The train station is 30 minutes away by foot. There is also public transport nearby. The bus to Nijmegen is 15 minute downhill by foot. The house is in the upper part of the city.
Since most of the people currently living in the house are international students, the language we all use to communicate in the house is english, even though all of us also speak other languages. The life in the house is fairly communal. We try to keep the house welcoming and clean for everybody living here. Which also includes people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, from different countries or people of the LGBTQIA+ community.
There is a garden with a little spot to grow your own plants, an attic and a cellar, a wash cellar, as well as a garage, that is currently full, but could be cleaned out.
There are two toilets and two bathrooms with shower (although only one is in use right now).
There are also a kitchen and living room as common areas, as well as a pantry with shared fridges and a shared freezer.
