Nice, bright room with 19 square meters and a window with blinds facing the parking lot open space.
Probably the nicest room in the shared apartment:)
The room has a wooden floor and the walls are painted white.
Last year, a new LAN connection was also installed of 1gb in the appartment, room has it’s own extender.
Location
The house is in a quiet side of Koblenzer strasse.
The nearest buss stop “Im fronwingert” for lines 6/16 is 1-minute walk away.
The nearest shops are ALDI, REWE and DM, 5 mins buss ride away and can be reached by bus 6/16.
12 minutes buss ride to the city. The University of Koblenz is just on the other side of the Moselle. It is also about 15 minutes away on foot.
Moselwies banhof is 5 mins walk away here comes the train RB81 once in an hour which will take you directly to koblenz HBF in 6 minutes
Flatshare Type
Basically it is a 5 person flatshare but currently we 4 reside here doing our studies at university of koblenz,
Umar🇵🇰(27)and Ahmed🇵🇰(30) are my seniors in same masters program and Niklas🇩🇪(21) is studying bachelors.
We(Ahmed, Umar and me) like to sit together in the evenings to chat and eat together. We have huge living room btw.
Miscellaneous
All agreements and tasks within the shared apartment are very straightforward. Everyone just pitches in.
We also have a cleaning schedule for all the tasks that come up regularly. However, cleanliness should also be important to you.
