The location:

The apartment is super centrally situated close to Neumarkt – Cologne’s coveted city center. Within the shortest distance, you find supermarkets, shops for everyday needs, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, clubs and clothing stores.

For getting around, you have perfect connections: The University of Cologne, TH Köln and Cologne South station with trains to Düsseldorf, Leverkusen and Bonn can directly be reached in minutes by metro line 9. It stops very close to the apartment at 'Mauritiuskirche'. Within two walking minutes you can comfortably reach the central pedestrian area and the central metro station 'Neumarkt' with connection to all major metro lines. The Cologne Cathedral and central station are just two metro stops away.

Your room:

This beautiful room is pleasantly bright and very tastefully furnished. On the floor plan, you can find it as 'Room H'. The room furniture includes a comfortable queen-size bed, optional bed linen, a bedside table with a lamp, a large cupboard with three drawers and lots of space for storage, a shelf, a big dresser for all your clothes, a desk with a modern chair and desk lamp to work at the laptop, a ceiling floodlight to calmly relax in the evening, a door wardrobe as well as a large wall mirror. The room also features a radiator and high-speed internet access. You can lock and unlock your room with a security key.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and consists of another four rented rooms with studying or working, young flatmates aged around 20-29 years. All residents have a very good and warm relationship with one another so that you can quickly connect. The wanted tenant is a decent and clean person, optimally of quite similar age.

The apartment consists of a hallway, a bathroom with shower and a separate communal kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge fridge, deep freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine with built-in dryer, as well as a flat iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle. All necessary crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking accessories are available.

The bathroom has a big shower cabin with a regular shower head and comfortable rainfall shower, a WC, a sink and a large cabinet with compartments to stow away your private bathroom articles. Inside the shower cabin there are some more compartments for personal bathroom items. The apartment is also securely equipped with bandages, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
From the kitchen window you even have a clear view on the splendid Cologne Cathedral!

The services:

All costs and bills are included in the monthly rent. A cleaning service cleans all common areas of the apartment once a week. If necessary, you will also get support with administrative matters in Germany (anmeldung, etc).
