Room is around 18m2, comes fully furnished and with space to keep books and clothes. I currently have a closet occupied, but if you need the space this can also be made available. The room has a balcony and big windows so you have lots of light and a nice view
The apartment has a bathroom and detached toilet, kitchen with everything you might need.
In the heart of Ehrendfeld. 2 min walk from the tram 5/13 station, 7 min walk to Ehrendfeld bahnhof, 8 min walk to Venloer Strs.
Nearby you have a bakery right below, a coffee shop, Art Theater club is a 5 min walk, supermarkets are also close by.
We are currently all guys in the apartment, but this has varied in the past and are ideally a mixed gender flat. You would be living with Enea, PhD student, and Juliusz, really chill cool guy :) the other room is currently not occupied so its uncertain who would be your other roommate.
We are generally very chill, everyone keeps to themselves, but ocassionally gather in the kitchen for a chat or cooking.
We are ideally looking for an easy going and cheerful person as well as respectful manners, and living the values of mutual respect and trust. Cleanliness, openness in the communication about everything concerning mutual co-living aspects.
I will be leaving for vacations for the set period of time that is indicated so id like to rent out the space to you! :) the days can be a bit flexible, so if they dont fit let me know!
The deposit is just for safety and would be returned when you hand over the keys.
