Haus-WG mit Atelier & Wohnzimmer 🐞

Hallo kreative Menschen, wir suchen euch!
Wir suchen für ein wachsendes Kunsthaus in Köln-Mülheim kreativschaffende Menschen, die in einer großen Gemeinschaft leben wollen!

Die Wohnung bietet zwei Bereiche die über eine gemeinsame Küche und ein zusätzliches Gemeinschaftszimmer verbunden sind.

Zimmer 2 geeignet für eine Einzelperson, ca. 8-9 Quadratmeter, Preis: 345€ (Kalt) + 75€ (Nebenkosten Haus) + ~60€ (Nebenkosten WG - Wlan, Strom etc) =
475€ warm

Da die Wohnung noch nie in so einer Konstellation bezogen worden ist und die Preise sich ja nach Anbieter richten, könnte unsere Schätzung auch noch etwas variieren.

Zimmer 1 ist bereits vermietet an Niko :)
Ein paar Worte über mich: Ich bin 31, fotografiere und nutze den Atelier-Space hauptsächlich fürs Homeoffice und meine Mixed-Media arbeiten. Nebenbei bringe ich mir das Filmen bei & wenn ich die Zeit finde, töpfere ich auch sehr gern.
Ich würde mich als sehr weltoffenen Menschen beschreiben. Im Sommer gehe ich gern mal auf das ein oder andere Techno-Festival und bin liebend gern draußen in der Natur. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn das Zusammenleben freundschaftlich wird & man ab und zu etwas zusammen unternimmt (eben wenn es sich ergibt, also no pressure).
Da ich schon was länger auch alleine gelebt habe, habe ich mir einen selbständigen, aufgeräumten und sauberen Lebensstil angeeignet und fänds schön wenn jeder in der WG gleich mitzieht :)
Ansonsten bin ich immer offen für neue Aktivitäten, sei es zusammen Kunst machen, Bierchen trinken gehen oder eine Ausstellung besuchen etc.

Elena ist unsere zweite Mitmieterin:
Ich bin Elena (22) und studiere Medien- und Kulturwissenschaften in Düsseldorf. Ich arbeite in einem Theater in Köln und organisiere nebenbei auch noch oft andere Kultur-Events. Neben dem Theater, wo ich gerne hinter als auch auf der Bühne stehe, schreibe ich überwiegend. Ich tobe mich immer gerne in vielen Bereichen aus, seit Neustem mache ich Drag und tanze. Ich kann dir maybe das Bassspielen beibringen oder meine analogen Kameras ausleihen? Den Atelier würde ich daher auch für viele meiner Hobbys nutzen, als auch was Neues von anderen Künstler*innen zu lernen oder einfach zuzugucken. Sicher findest du mich aber meist gebeugt über meine Texte und Gedichte :-)
Meine Friends sagen, ich seie immer auf “Side-Quests”, also ständig auf neuen Abenteuern. Ich sage zu vielen neuen Erlebnissen Ja, nebenbei reise ich total gerne und man findet mich oft auf Konzerten, oder in Bars, in Ausstellungen oder sonstwo im Großstadttummel. Mich würde es auch freuen, süße Sachen als WG zu erleben! Ich liebe es unter Menschen zu sein, schätze aber genauso meine Alleinzeit wert und akzeptiere es bei meinen Mitbewohnis genauso.
Meine Kunst beschreibe ich als grundsätzlich politisch und ich treibe mich aber auch gerne in queer-feminstischen Kreisen in Köln umher. Deswegen ist mir ein mausiger und liebevoller Space ohne Diskriminierung ganz wichtig. Genauso auch wie offene Kommunikation. Ganz wie bei Niko ist mir Ordentlichkeit wichtig, was mit Teamwork auch klappen wird ❤️


Meagan und Frauke wohnen auch im Haus, aber in einer eigenen WG. Begegnung findet trotzdem statt, da das Haus ein großen Hobbyraum/Atelier-Space hat, der von allen Hausbewohner:innen genutzt werden soll.

Die Nutzung ist Vorraussetzung für den Einzug in die Wohnung und kostet pro Person zusätzlich 140€ monatlich. Die ersten 6 Monate nach Einzug kosten aber nur 100€ :) damit man gut einrichten kann
Gewünscht sind hier kunstschaffende Personen, die den Raum kreativ nutzen. Eine gewerbliche Nutzung ist nicht genehmigt. Außerdem ist eine enge Hausgemeinschaft gewünscht, um langfristig ein Kunsthaus in Mülheim zu schaffen. ⭐

In diesem Haus ist kein Platz für Diskriminierung jeglicher Art und wir wollen einen Safer Space schaffen, indem sich alle Personen wohlfühlen.
Entscheidungen werden durch ein Konsensprinzip entschieden.
Rauchen im Haus und Tierhaltung ist vom Vermieter nicht erwünscht.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Wiener Platz sowie zum Bahnhof Mülheim seid ihr in ganz kurzer Zeit überall, wo ihr hinwollt. Es gibt Verbindungen zum Köln Hbf, die euch die ganze Nacht nach Hause bringen. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Straße, die einem alles bietet, was gebraucht wird und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mülheimer Stadtgarten, der einem eine wundervolle grüne Möglichkeit gibt, den Kopf frei zu kriegen und Natur zu genießen. Dazu gibt es den Rhein, den man fußläufig erreicht, Rheinwiesen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art, Cafés und Bars.

Wenn ihr bis hier hin gelesen habt, schreibt uns bitte welches Zimmer für euch in Frage kommen würde, etwas über euch und für welche Tätigkeit ihr den Hobbyraum/Atelier-Space nutzen wollen würdet.

A few words about me: I‘m a photographer, 31 years old and I’d mainly use the studio space for home office and my mixed media work. I'm also teaching myself filmmaking, and when there’s time, I also enjoy pottery.
I would describe myself as a very open minded person. In summer, I like to go to occasional techno festivals and love being in nature. I would be happy if living together develops to a friendship and we could do things together every now and then (whenever the opportunity arises, so no pressure).
Since I've been living alone for some time now, I've adopted an independent, tidy, and clean lifestyle and would love, if everyone in the shared apartment would contribute the same :)
Otherwise, I'm always open to new activities, whether it's making art, going out for a beer, or visiting an exhibition, etc.

Elena is our second co-tenant:
I'm Elena (22) and I'm studying media and cultural studies in Düsseldorf. I work at a theater in Cologne and often organize other cultural events on the side. Besides theater, where I enjoy being both behind the stage and on stage, I mostly write. I always enjoy exploring many different areas; recently, I've started doing drag and dancing. Maybe I can teach you how to play the bass or lend you my analog cameras? I'd also like to use the studio for many of my hobbies, as well as learning new things from other artists or just watching. You'll probably find me mostly hunched over my lyrics and poems, though :-) My friends say I'm always on "side quests," meaning I'm constantly on new adventures. I say yes to many new experiences. I also love traveling, and you can often find me at concerts, in bars, at exhibitions, or anywhere else in the hustle and bustle of the big city. I'd also love to experience some fun things as a shared flat! I love being around people, but I also value my alone time and accept it just as much with my roommates. I describe my art as fundamentally political, and I also enjoy hanging out in queer-feminist circles in Cologne. That's why a friendly and loving space without discrimination is very important to me. So is open communication. Just like Niko, orderliness is important to me, which will work with teamwork ❤️

Meagan and Frauke also live in the house, but in their own shared flat. The house offers a large hobby room/studio space to be used by the residents of the house.

Use of this space is a prerequisite for moving into the flat and costs additionally €140 per person per month. The first 6 months after moving in the rent for the studio space will only cost 100€, so that you can get settled in.

Artists must use the space creatively. Commercial use is not permitted. In addition, a close house community is desired.
In the long term, the house will only consist of shared flats. ⭐

There is no room for discrimination of any kind and we want to create a Safer Space where everyone feels comfortable.
Decisions are made together using consent guidelines.
Smoking in the house and keeping animals is not desired by the landlord.

The location is very good, due to the immediate proximity to Wiener Platz and Mülheim railway station, you can reach the city centre in a very short time. There are connections to Cologne Central Station that will take you home all night.
The flat is located on a street that offers everything you need and in the immediate vicinity of the Mülheim city garden, which gives you a wonderful green opportunity to clear your head and enjoy nature. There is also the Rhine, which is within walking distance, Rhine meadows, shopping facilities of all kinds, cafés and bars.
