Our house is not located in Zollstock, but in Efferen. We have specified Zollstock as a neighbourhood to make it easier to find. We are technically no longer part of Cologne but are perfectly connected, you can find more details under ‘Location’.
The room is on the ground floor, behind the kitchen, with view on the front garden and road.
In addition to the kitchen (ground floor), we also have a shared living room on the first floor. The room still looks a bit empty, but we are in the process of filling it with life.
As you can see in the pictures, we have a large covered terasse next to the kitchen, from which you can access our huge garden. The trees will be taken care of, the rest will be left to our free design.
Efferen itself is rather quiet, but you can get to the city really quickly on the tramway line 18, which connects you to many important hubs. The university can be reached in 20 minutes by train or 15 minutes by bike.
Within walking distance you will find a Rewe (3min), a Lidl (3min) and a Bauhaus (10min).
If you like being outdoors in the countryside, you can quickly reach the Decksteiner Weiher or the Otto-Maigler-lake

We are five people living together since few months and we are looking for a person for the last free room. We are really happy of our interaction and we are looking for someone who match with our vibe with the same intention to cultivate a warm house environment. It is a dynamic, friendly and international flat, composed by people with different cultures and backgrounds. Since we are all workers with different life schedules the house sometimes is empty other times is crowded.
