Hey Guys,
Our lovely Camilla is in the Maledives for 2 Months so her nice room in Zollstock is free from the 01.12.2024-31.01.2025 (450€).
We would love to have a nice person in this time in our house.
You will live with Maulik, Swapnaja and Lui.
Maulik(28) and Swapnaja(28) are some lovely persons from India. Lui (29) is a really open person from Germany.
The room is approximately 16 square metres in size.
A large window opposite the door provides plenty of light throughout the day.
The floor is parquet, as in most of the flat, and has underfloor heating.
-> The room is only sublet, for the furniture I would ask for a 500€ deposit.
What is wanted:
We welcome everyone who is open, cordial and has an honest approach.
When you come home, you should feel comfortable and in good hands.
We would love to have someone whos clean and knows how to live in a Flat.
The age should be from about 25.
We preshare if you would also spent some time together and share your life with us.
