The room is 18 square meters. It is very spacious, and comes with a desk + chair, a dresser, a mirror, shelf space, and a mattress. The shelf separates the work area from the relaxation space, so it's perfect to work from home!
You can see Hebelstraße from the windows. It's relatively calmer than the other main streets.
The price is all-inclusive monthly "warm" rent. You don't have to take care of anything but your own food.
The security deposit of €355 helps me reserve the room for you and will be returned at the end of the 3 months.
The shared flat is located in Altlindenau between Lindenauer Markt and Georg-Schwartz-Straße. There are many bars, cafes and small stores within walking distance. Supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, dm, Damaskus market, Biomarkt) are also within 5 minutes walking distance and there is a late-night shop on the corner, so that you can still get everything you need at night and on Sundays. The tram stop "Georg-Schwartz-/Merseburger Straße" is two minutes away and "Lützner/Merseburger Straße" about 5 minutes. From both stops, you can be in the city in just under 15 minutes, and on a good day you can even get there by bike in under 15 minutes ;) There is a lot of nature around, and the Karl Heine Straße + Karl Heine Kanal are just 800m away.
** NOTE the rental period time, please! The room is available only for 3 months (01.12.2024 - 28.02.2025).

You will be sharing the apartment with my flatmate Martina Wadenstorfer. She is German (and also speaks excellent English) and has been living in Leipzig for the last 6 months. She works as an Environmental Planner, very chill and down to earth, with a good sense of humor and a warm personality :)
The kitchen and bathroom have all basic amenities.
