The room is very spacious and comfortable. It has three windows facing south-west to north-west so the room gets plenty of light. I will be leaving all of the furniture as it is. Half of the closet will be empty and the most of the other storage space too. The piano is very old but in pretty good condition, so you can feel free to play it (within considerate hours for the neighbors).
The flat is right next to Karl Heine Strasse and Lützner Strasse so it's a very convenient location if you like the west. The street is quiet with no tram or busses or anything. Directly below is a bar which is mostly a nice bonus but occasionally makes a bit of noise at night. You have multiple different public transport options within 3-5 minutes walking and a kiosk across the street.
I (Perry) am going away for the semester and leaving my room for you to have for 3.5 months.
Currently it's me, Basel and Danai in the flat, but a lot is changing during the time you would be in the room. Basel is moving out in May and Danai is moving out most likely around June. Danai is also not in the flat most of the time so even before then you might not see her much. I might occasionally spend a night or two in the flat when her room is free.
All this to say, you would be here during a transition of the WG to new people so it's hard to say what the WG life will look like during that time. In any case, as long as you are respectful of the others and not too messy or anything like that, you should be alright :)
