Zwischenmiete in Gießerstraße

ich biete mein – leicht komisch geschnittenes – ca. 19 qm Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, Zeitraum 6er. Juli bis ca. 20er August. Die WG besteht im Juli aus Liv(she/her), Clara(she/her), Mo(he/him), Kalwin((he/him) und Person X die einzieht. Zwei Bäder, Küche, eins Gästezimmer und eine Lobby/Wohnzimmer. Küchen-technisch wird ziemlich viel geteilt, aber wir haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank der privater verwendet wird falls dies präferiert wird. Die Ausstattung ist auch ziemlich gut, von basic things wie Mixer etc. bis Airfryer und Reiskocher. Wird auch immer wieder was zusammen unternommen, wie Kochen, Feiern, Barbesuch, manchmal Plenum etc. Putzplan izst existent. In letzter Zeit kommt ne Nachbarskatze manchmal vorbei, falls es Allergien gibt kann dies aber of course vermieden werden. Der Keller ist wie so viele in dieser Stadt ziemlich naß, aber hat Platz.
Das Zimmer ist Westseite, am Nachmittag kann im Bett gesonnt werden.
Die Gießerstraße ist nicht besonders leise, aber auch nicht krass laut. Hat keine direkte Tramlinie. Ohne Oropax ist für mich schlafen mit offenem Fenster trotzdem stressig. Nicht für alle

Wie an den Fotos zu sehen ist, ist das Zimmer mit so einer Wand durchzogen. Ist nicht für anyone, ich finde es eine sehr angenehme Zimmeraufteilung. Mit Besuch ist es angenehmer und wenn viel am PC gearbeitet wird ist es so eine halbfake Trennung von Wohn und Arbeitsraum.
Punkto Platz: Es gibt leere Fächer im Schrank, die kleine Kommode wäre leer und ein paar Fächer in den beiden Roomdevider. Nach bedarf kann auch bisschen mehr gemacht werden, vor allem der Arbeitstisch wird freier sein. Wirklich leer wird dass Zimmer an Sachen auf jeden Fall nicht sein.

Der tiefe Preis ist weil ich nicht die ganze Miete verlange(die wäre 296). Einerseits will ich es ziemlich schnell loswerden und es ist schon bisschen speziell. ich erhoffe mir auch dass bisschen um meine Pflanzen gesorgt wird :) Abgesehen davon explodiert der scheiß Wohnungsmarkt in Leipzig gerade, vielleicht hilf someone die kurze „Verschnaufpause“.
An meinem PC kann ich gerne ein Gästeaccount einrichten wo daran gearbeitet, Musik gehört (die Anlage funktioniert nur über meinen PC, kann ich noch erklären), Serien geschaut oder gezockt wird. Paar Bild und Videobearbeitungsprogramme sind auch drauf. Ich kann auch den Bildschirm noch weg machen damit mehr Platz ist.

I am offering my - slightly strangely cut - approx. 19 square metre room for interim rent, period 6s. July to approx. 20 August. In July the flat share consists of Liv(she/her), Clara(she/her), Mo(he/him), Kalwin((he/him) and person X who is moving in. Two bathrooms, kitchen, one guest room and a lobby/living room. Kitchen-wise is pretty much shared, but we have a small fridge which is used more privately if preferred. The equipment is also pretty good, from basic things like blenders etc. to airfryers and rice cookers. We always do things together, such as cooking, parties, going to the bar, sometimes plenary sessions etc. There is a cleaning plan. Recently, a neighbour's cat sometimes comes by, but if there are allergies this can of course be avoided. The basement is like so many in this city quite wet, but has space.
The room faces west, so you can sunbathe in bed in the afternoon.
The Gießerstraße is not particularly quiet, but also not extremely loud. There is no direct tram line. Without Oropax, sleeping with the window open is still stressful for me. Not for everyone.
Und bis ich gehe haben die Fenster auch Gardinen (sicher mal das vorne :D )


As you can see from the photos, the room has a wall running through it. It's not for everyone, but I find it a very pleasant room layout. It's more pleasant with visitors and if you work a lot on the PC, it's a semi-fake separation of living and working space.
In terms of space: there are empty compartments in the wardrobe, the small chest of drawers would be empty and a few compartments in the two room dividers. A little more can be done as required, especially the work table will be freer. In any case, the room will not be really empty of things.

The low price is because I'm not asking the full rent (which would be 296). On the one hand, I want to get rid of it pretty quickly and it is a bit special. I also hope that my plants will be taken care of a bit :) Apart from that, the shitty housing market in Leipzig is exploding right now, maybe the short "breather" will help someone.
I can set up a guest account on my PC where I can work on it, listen to music (the system only works via my PC, I can explain), watch series or play games. There are also some image and video editing programmes on it. I can also remove the screen to create more space.
