Möbliertes Zimmer - WG-Neugründung ab Mitte Juli bis Ende September in Leipzig-Thekla - auch für 2-3 Personen!

Ich ziehe Ende Juli aus und möchte deswegen mein ca. 12m²-großes WG-Zimmer von Mitte Juli 2024 bis Ende September 2024 untervermieten.

Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung, die ca. 62 m² groß ist.
Das Zimmer hat ein bequemes Bett, einen Schreibtisch, ein Regal sowie einen Kleiderständer bzw. Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche, die den gemeinsamen Teil der Wohnung bildet. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche (u. a. Kühlschrank, Elektroherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, und das nötigste Kochzubehör. Die Spülmaschine und den Wassserkocher wird es allerdings nicht geben). Im Wohnzimmer gibt es auch ein großes Sofa.
Im Badezimmer befinden sich eine Badewanne und ein kleines Regal.
Unsere Waschmaschine befindet sich in der gemeinsamen Waschküche im Keller.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Thekla - ist also ca. 6 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Weg zur Innenstadt dauert insgesamt ca. 25 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder S-Bahn.
In der direkten Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte.

Die Miete liegt bei 350 € monatlich. Es sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag). Das Internet wäre aber nur bis zum 07. September verfügbar, weil unser Vertrag dann leider ausläuft (es wurde bereits in der Miete berücksichtigt). In unserem Gebäude gibt es aber die Möglichkeit, sich für den restlichen Zeitraum das Internet anzuschaffen.
Dazu kommt noch die Kaution in Höhe von 350 €.

In der Wohnung gibt es insgesamt zwei Zimmer und beide werden in diesem Zeitraum an zwei neue Personen untervermietet. Das heißt, es wird eine völlig neue WG in diesem Zeitraum geben. Die Wohnung lässt sich also auch als Ganzes für 700 € im Monat untermieten und du kannst hier dann auch mit deinen Freunden einziehen bzw. eine weitere interessierte Person vorschlagen.

Du kannst dir auch gern das andere Zimmer anschauen. Es ist erst ab Anfang August erhältlich.

Die Wohnung wird am 30. September an den Vermieter übergeben. Zwischen dem 28. und 29. September müssen schrittweise alle Möbeln und Geräte (außer Küche) aus der Wohnung raus und es kann dadurch ein bisschen chaotisch werden. Deswegen ist es wichtig, sich vorher zu überlegen, wann genau du ausziehen möchtest, spätestens aber am 29. September. Bei Interesse kannst du gern auch manche Sachen kostenlos behalten!

Vielleicht wäre es auch möglich, die gesamte Wohnung ab Oktober zu übernehmen. Dann könnte ich dich bei Interesse meinem Vermieter vorschlagen. Das muss aber natürlich er entscheiden, ich kann leider nichts versprechen.

I am moving out at the end of July and would like to sublet my room of approximately 12m² from the beginning/middle of July/August 2024 till the end of September 2024.

It’s in an attic apartment of approximately 62 m². The room has a comfortable bed, (a desk with many drawers, a coffee table and a wardrobe) / (a large desk, many shelves and a clothes rack). The apartment has a large common area formed of the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped (including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cooking utensils. The dishwasher and the kettle, however, will not be available). The living room also has a large sofa. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub and a few shelves. Our washing machine is in the shared laundry room in the basement.

The apartment is located in Thekla, a suburban district of Leipzig, about 6 kms from the city center. The journey to the city center takes about 25 minutes by tram or S-Bahn, the suburban train. There are several supermarkets just a walk away.

The rent is €350 per month, including all utilities (water, heating, electricity, internet, and broadcasting fee). The internet would unfortunately only be available until the 7th of September because our current contract expires then (the rent has already been adjusted accordingly). There is however an option of purchasing access to a hotspot in the building for the remaining period. Additionally, there is a security deposit of €350.

There are two rooms in the apartment, and both will be sublet to two new people during this period. This means it will be a completely new shared apartment during this time. The apartment can also be sublet as a whole for €700 per month, so you can move in with your friends or suggest another interested person.

You can also take a look at the other room. It is available from beginning of August.

The apartment will be handed over to the landlord on the 30th of September. Between the 28th and 29th of September, all furniture and appliances (except the kitchen) need to be gradually removed from the apartment, which may cause some chaos. Therefore, it is important to decide in advance exactly when you want to move out, but no later than on the 29th of September. If you're interested, you can also keep some items for free!

It might also be possible to take over the entire apartment from October. If you're interested, I could suggest you to my landlord. However, he has to decide that, so I can't promise anything.
