As Dan, our beloved flatmate, is leaving Leipzig, his room will become available starting in February, or possibly a bit earlier.
The furniture (bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, shelves, armchair) in the room can be bought for an affordable price, either as a whole, or only parts of it.
The room is the smallest in the WG, but it is also facing south, and therefore very well lit. Its second selling point is that it has a view towards the Theoretical Physics Institute.
The property is located in Zentrum-Südost, which is part of Leipzig's Mitte district. Within 5 minutes you can reach the main station, the pedestrian zone of the city centre and several shopping arcades by public transport.
Unfortunately, there is a club on the ground floor. Therefore, at night, music beats can be audible. But otherwise it is always quiet because there is no big street directly next to it.
In our WG, you will live together with Jakob and Sara. Jakob studies law and loves to swim and is currently intensely preparing for a big exam ahead of him, except when he is not, when he gets distracted by all kinds of IT side-projects.
Sara is a medic from Syria, currently working on her German, with the goal of getting allowance to work in German hospitals. We sometimes eat together and watch the latest news, or some funny video together. Solidarity, mutual listening and understanding are important to us.
We look forward to hearing from you. Please tell us what you live for and why you would like to move in from 1 November.
