Hi everybody,
your room is located towards the backyard with a nice view onto the nearby gardens. The flat has got three rooms plus the kitchen and the bathroom. You won't have to climb a lot of stairs - I live on the 1st floor.
The flat, especially the kitchen, is not fully equipped with furniture yet as I just moved in recently. But most of this should be fixed by the time you join. Good news: the flat was completely renovated this year, so everything is in a really good state.
In case you have not heard of Reudnitz yet: it is a rather calm district of Leipzig, but still close to the centre. It takes barely more than 10 minutes to get to the main station by public transport. Many young people, especially students, appreciate the advantages of Reudnitz (parks, bars, good transport connections, low rent) turning it into a very diverse district. From what I know about the people in this house I can say that there are families, students, pensioneers - it is quite mixed, which I find nice.
Ok, now it is time to introduce myself: my name is Jonas, 25 years old, student. I enjoy reading, gardening (my garden is just around the corner), learning new languages, doing sports, fishing, cooking, repairing old things. I just moved in some days ago with my two children which are two and four years old.
So everything here is new for me as well. I am looking for someone to share this apartment with, ideally a responsible person with whom I can have a good time, discuss, cook, share the cleaning up business etc. Of course any of us can close the door to his/her room anytime to be alone and enjoy private time.
We will have to establish our own rules together. If you are interested and comfortable with children and a small dog, just send me a message (preferably in English or German) and give me a brief impression of who you are.
After that we can meet, talk about our expectations and see if we might fit each other.
