 wir suchen eineN MitbewohnerIn
Deine Zukünftigen MitbewohnerInnen sind Anne, berufstätig, feministisch, fahrradvernarrt und kommunikativ und Rosa Medizinstudentin, Naturfreundin, kickboxende Kaffeetrinkerin.. wir freuen uns, wenn sich spontan gemeinsames Kochen/Quatschen und gemeinsame Unternehmungen ergeben, sofern das eben grad passt..alles kann, nichts muss. Wir sind momentan relativ viel beschäftigt, also eine ruhige WG, sind aber offen für gemeinsame Spielabende undsoweiter :)
Da Rosa wieder vermehrt PatientInnenkontakt (an Krebs Erkrankte,...)hat, können nur geimpfte/genesene MitbewohnerInnen infrage kommen..Rosa hofft da auf euer Verständnis.
Gegenseitige Rücksicht ist uns enorm wichtig..Für Schabernack nach der Arbeit sind wir immer zu haben :-)
Einzugsdatum/Auszugsdatum ist flexibel..ab 15.7. oder 1.8.

Kurz zur Butze und Umgebung:

Wir wohnen in einem alten Jugendstil Haus ganz oben mit Blick aufs Völki. Es gibt ein rieeesiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, nem großen Sofa und Esstisch. Das ist quasi das Herz der Wohnung, hier steht auch ein Ofen, den wir in Wintermonaten gerne knistern lassen (Wohnung ist aber mit Heizung). Außerdem gibts zwei Badezimmer, eins mit großzügiger Dusche und eins mit freistehender Badewanne und Ausblick 😊 Unsere Wohnung ist nach einem gemütlichen offenen Konzept gestaltet, mit einzelnen Räumen als individuellen Rückzugsort. Alle haben schönen Dielenboden und abgebeizte Türen. Dein potentielles Zimmer ist direkt über den Flur zu erreichen. Hood und Nachbarn hier sind sehr angenehm, wenn mensch Bock auf ein gemeinsames Grillerchen im grünen Hof hat oder mal die Zwiebel zum Kochen fehlt, kann mensch auf alle offen zugehen. Verschiedene Supermärkte und ein kleiner Bioladen (der das weltbeste Walnussbrot verkauft) sind fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen. Außerdem gibts n Haufen an Ärztehäusern und Apotheken um die Ecke, falls mal der Hals kratzen sollte.
Dann fahren hier noch ne janze Menge Öffis: TRAM 4, 2, 15; Bus 70 und 74 und S-Bahn 😊
Mensch ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min am Augustusplatz oder der Südvorstadt. In den Westen braucht man gute 20 min mit dem Bus 74, der DIREKT vor der Haustüre abfährt. 

Zum Zimmer: ca. 18 m² groß, abzüglich Dachschrägen, 2 hellen Fenstern und passenden Verdecken 😉, einer Kleiderstange, Kallaxregal, Schreibtisch und Bett.

Zu Uns:

Anne und Rosa sin zugezogene Originale, wohnen schon seit fast 10 Jahren hier.. Beide gehen mit großen Schritten auf die Ü30 zu, manchmal hört man die Knochen knarzen, aber ab und an gehts auch mal feiern (Prä Corona 😜) Wir sind offen für alles, gerne vorab einen kurzen Skype Termin zum Kennenlernen und wenn du möchtest kommst Du danach einfach mal auf nen Tee, n Bierchen, n Wasser oder Weinchen vorbei und schaust es Dir an!


Hello Miss/Mr/Mrs apartment seeker!
We are looking a roommate for one furnished room! 😊
Your prospective roomies are Anne-a person with an open mind and always available for a nice chat and Rosa kickboxing med student with a tendency to binge watch..Since Rosa is going to have contact with hospitalized sick patients (cancer, ...) we can only accept vaccinated or recovered roomies.
We're up to fun stuff after work..swimming in the lake or having a beer or two, ...
We are looking forward to not living together only serving the purpose of sharing the rent but to share some funny/happy/.....moments. But most importantly we value a respectful life together. Generally, we like peace at home..We reject any form of antisemitism, discrimination or racism.

Our apartment
We live in an old art nouveau building on the top floor with phenomenal view 😊 There´s a huuuge living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, a big sofa and dining table.. Basically, this is the apartment´s heart. Here, we spent time together playing games, having dinner with friends or watching movies. 
We have two bathrooms, one is with a biiig shower, the other one with a freestanding bath tub overlooking the “Völki“. The people who build this place developed the apartment in a cozy, open way, which we follow as well. But there´s always your personal place of retreat, your own room.
The apartment furthermore has nice wooden floorboards and pickled doors. Also, there´s a convenient attic next door, where we dry our laundry and keep the firewood (don´t worry, we have fine working heaters, that´s only for coziness…)

Your room
Move in Date Betten June 15th of July and 1st of August
The room (approx. 18 m² minus roof slope) has 2 windows and is furnished with a clothes rail, desk, shelf and bed. Rental: 300€ per month including utilities and internet. (utility got pricier 🥺)

Neighbourhood and Neighbours
Comfy hood and kick ass neighbours. In summertime, we often have a BBQ in the green yard and share veggies from our gardens..but this is no must, only if you feel like it! Generally, everyone is really considerate and supportive. 
Various supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies are within walking distance as well as a small organic store where you can buy the world´s best walnut bread!
Concerning public transport, there´s plenty of buses and trams to catch: TRAM 4, 2, 15; Bus 70, 74 and the S-Bahn taking you straight to Leipzig HBF or Halle, or the airport 😊
Riding your bike, it takes approx. 15 mins to Augustusplatz or the Südvorstadt; going out West, you´ll need approx. 20-25 mins by bus 74 which departs directly in front of our door.

Who are we?
Anne, bicycle lover and feminist and Rosa, a berliner living in the great exile Leipzig. With the big 30 rapidly moving past us, both of us still enjoy from time to time some clubbing (pre corona 😫) but bones are creaking, you know the drill..Both of us enjoy sports, hanging out, food..and lots of other shit, just visit us and find out.


We enjoy a good chit chat, having dinner together, sharing travel experiences or new scientific findings or whatever.
Languages are mostly German, English and un petit petit petit peu Français.
We are open-minded people looking forward to meeting you via Skype or Zoom and of you think this might be a fit, feel free to stop by for a coffee, a beer, a water of a glass of wine :)
