Hello! I (Zac) am looking for someone to take over my room, from the beginning of February (I can be flexible on the date), as I have finished my internship here in Linz. The room itself is 20m² big with a storage room/wardrobe. It therefore has plenty of space to store all you need.
The apartment is shared with three other people, and it has two bathrooms and toilets, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a bike shed. It's on the third floor, but if you are lazy like me don't worry, the building has an elevator.
The total rent is 410€ per months, which includes heating, electricity and a fast internet connection. Also, if you want any of the furniture (the futon, the table and the two chairs), I would gladly give them away for free.

The flat is very central, located directly in front of Nordico Museum and roughly 80 meters from Landstraße. The closest tram stop is Taubenmarkt, about 3 min away, and you are at the JKU in about 15 minutes from there. Directly in front of your building you can find the Passage shopping centre with Interspar and directly next to it across OK-Platz and the Atrium City Centre with Billa Plus.
Life in the WG is very relaxed, we are generally all working during the day, but we do sometimes meet during the evening to chat a bit or to cook together. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we try to be organised so that the cleaning gets done once a week.
In the flat will stay Orsoly, 27 years old working as a QA engineer, she likes to practice yoga, take care of her plants and play the piano from time to time. We cook a lot together, and we sometimes go to art exhibitions or to the cinema.
The other flatmate is Genesis, she is an opera singer, living both in Linz (where she works) and Salzburg. We sometimes go to watch her perform, or to watch other artistic performance (dance, classical music and so on) together.
There will be a third flatmate as well, since another room will be empty in February as well.
