The room is very bright due to the 2 windows but also not too warm in the summer months. (room 3)
It is very spacious (22m^2) and fits a bed, a closet, a couch and a working space very easily.
Although the room will be empty when you are moving in! The only thing that might stay is the couch table and we have a spare 1,40 mattress you could use.
The shared space is a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a big (the whole year through very sunny) balcony, where we are also planting herbs and veggies:)
Since the flat is very in the center of linz everything is very close.
Within 5 min you are at the tram station Mozartkreuzung (tram 1, 2, 3, 4), billa plus, bipa, dm, farmacy, thalia, trafik, 3 different bakeries etc.
To most of the unis it's a 10-20 min drive/walk except jku that takes a bit longer
In the other rooms are living:
Flo (she/her) studies jazz singing, is a spices enthusiast, so when she gives you food get ready for 10 different tastes in one bite. room 1
Raphi (all pronouns) also studies jazz singing. They are the slayest fucking queen you will ever meet. room 2
Moa (she/they) also jazz singing and Katka (she/they) studying dance are your typical lesbians sharing room 4. handymans and parents of the flat so to say
We are all studying together at Bruckneruni and are very close friends so we hang out together a lot:) We like movies, sitting on the balcony together, going out to concerts/performances of our friends, cooking together, playing games and so on:) you are obviously invited to do these things with us:)
Moa Raphi and Flo also have a band together called brigött*innen so we sometimes rehearse at home in one of the rooms but the walls are quite thick and we don't have neighbors since all the other flats in the building are either empty or rented by companies so it never was a problem:)
We value respect privacy and a loving home a lot, so we don't respect any type of homophobia, racism, sexism and -isms, if you don't agree with us on that point we are not a match!
