The appartment is bright, has old wooden floor and doors, a nice and well supplied kitchen (with washing mashine and dishwasher). The kitchen is semi-connected to the living room with a big table, couch and PlayStation (I think, haven't used it yet). The bathroom is nothing special, but nice enough.
The room has windows to south/west, so it's light flooded in the afternoon.
The blue Metro line (Azul) is just 10 min by foot, so you are quite quickly in the city center. The next bus stop is only 3 minutes away.
The neighborhood feels quiet and safe. We have some smaler supermarkets/ vegetable shops and restaurants right around the corner. The Monsanto Natural Park is close, so the air is much more fresh than inside the city, and I enjoy going there for a run.
I'm Julia from Hamburg and I recently started my 2-year Master’s in Design for Sustainability here in Lisbon. I was super lucky to find this apartment from the start, and now we’re looking for a new flatmate to join us! 😊
Currently, it’s me and Nora, who’s also from Germany. She’s here for an Erasmus semester in Psychology. We both enjoy a relaxed, friendly vibe at home—definitely not a Zweck-WG! I love cooking (especially when it's together), and we enjoy being outside, going hiking, and staying active with dancing and sport classes or just explore the city and beaches.
Our landlady is really nice and has agreed that we can find a new roommate ourselves, so we’re hoping to find a friendly roommate who enjoys a warm, relaxed atmosphere at home. Having spontaneous chats in the kitchen or doing something together once in a while, but also respect that everyone needs their own space. Keeping things clean and tidy is important to us, and we’d love someone who feels the same!
Looking forward to hearing from you;)
I guessed the size of the room an appartement, but I can measure,if you want to know.
As Nora has to move back to Germany in winter, another room (the attic) will probably be free starting February.
The Nebenkosten depend on our use each month. Last month we paid about 40 Euro each, but it's still summer.
Hust write us if you have questions :)
