Room Description

The room is part of a 3-person WG (shared apartment) and has an area of 23 sqm, with an attached balcony shared with one other flatmate. The room is furnished with a double-size bed, a study table, and a wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, large refrigerator, and a spacious freezer compartment. There is also a washing machine with a drying function.

The bathroom is bright, spacious, and features both a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are shared with the other two tenants.

Additionally, there is an underground storage room (Keller) and outdoor bicycle parking available.

Location

The apartment is located just 15 minutes away from Ludwigsburg ZOB by bus, with frequent connections to various parts of the city. The area is quiet, with friendly neighbors and open fields nearby—perfect for a relaxing walk.
