Unsere WG liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Backsteinhauses in der Westside, einem schönen Altbauviertel im Lüneburger Westen. Aus den Fenstern von Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer blicken wir auf den Liebesgrund, den Frommepark und das Parkdeck, wo man herumhängen und skaten kann.

Es ist nur ein kurzer Sprung mit dem Rad zum Kreidebergsee oder in die Stadt zum Späti. An der Ecke liegt der Kiosk, bei dem wir spontan Chips, Limo und Caprisonne kaufen können. Die Brache ist unser Garten, den wir mit vielen Nachbarn teilen. Dort kann man wunderbar entspannen: Sei es zum Kuchenessen und Lesen auf einer Decke in der Sonne oder bei einem kleinen Lagerfeuer in der Feuertonne.

Es gibt auch mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Zur Uni fährst du 14 Minuten mit dem Rad, 10, wenn du sehr schnell bist.

Unsere Wohnung ist leider nur über etwa 70 Treppenstufen erreichbar.

Our flat is located in the attic of a brick house in the Westside, a beautiful old building district in the west of Lüneburg. From our bathroom, kitchen, and living room windows, we have views of Liebesgrund, Frommepark, and the park deck, where you can hang out and skate.

It's just a short bike ride to Kreidebergsee or into town to the late-night shop. There's a kiosk on the corner where we can spontaneously buy chips, lemonade, and Capri-Sun. The wasteland is our garden, which we share with many neighbors. It's a great place to relax: whether eating cake and reading on a blanket in the sun or having a small campfire in the fire barrel.

There are also several bus stops nearby. It takes 14 minutes to bike to the university, or 10 if you're really fast.

Unfortunately, our apartment is only accessible via about 70 steps.

Wir wünschen uns ein inniges und vertrautes WG-Leben. Wir haben in der Konstellation noch nicht zu dritt gewohnt, doch wir haben sehr Lust am Leben der anderen teilzuhaben, gemeinsam rumzuhängen und uns verletzlich zu machen. Wir haben besonders Lust, als FLINTA*-WG zusammenzuleben! und wir suchen eine Person, die sich eher etwas länger als kürzer in Lüneburg sieht :-)
Wir kaufen gemeinsam ein und teilen uns Lebensmittel und haben einen Anteil bei einer Solawi. Aktuell kochen wir ab und zu füreinander und essen gemeinsam. Das wollen wir gern vertiefen: Wir können uns zB feste Kochtage gut vorstellen :) Wir verquatschen uns manchmal in der Küche, gehen zusammen auf Demos oder Veranstaltungen, schauen zusammen Filme und Dokus und schneiden uns gegenseitig im Bad unsere Haare. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es viel Kreativmaterial und im Keller ist Platz zum Werkeln. Offene Türen in der WG und Besuch finden wir toll und genauso wichtig wie Raum für Rückzug und Alleinsein. Uns liegt ehrliche und offene Kommunikation über Gefühle und Bedürfnisse am Herzen (auch wenn das manchmal gar nicht leicht ist).

Gerade machen wir einmal in der Woche ein Plenum und haben einen Putzplan, um die gemeinschaftlichen Räume sauber zu halten. Unser gemeinsamer Wunsch ist, dass alle Räume 1x pro Woche geputzt werden und wir suchen eine Person, die ein ähnliches Bedürfnis nach Sauberkeit und freien Arbeitsflächen (z.B. in der Küche) hat und Lust hat, die WG aktiv mitzugestalten.

Montags und Donnerstags sind bisher unsere WG-Einkaufstage. Diese Form, unser Zuhause zu organisieren, soll sich an unseren Bedürfnissen orientieren und auch angepasst werden, wenn sich etwas nicht mehr so stimmig anfühlt.

Ab September wirst du hier mit Hasch, Sid und Jo wohnen:

Hasch (sie/-) war ein Jahr unterwegs und ist jetzt frisch wieder in Lüneburg zurück. Zurzeit hält sie ein neues Ehrenamt auf Trab. Mit etwas mehr Zeit organisiert Hasch sehr gerne, springt ins kühle Nass des KBS, verliert sich in einem Buch oder anregenden Gespräch und genießt eine Runde Stricken oder Saxophon spielen. Den Sommer über wird Hasch unter der Woche viel da und am Wochenende oft unterwegs sein.

Sid (they/sie) war mit Hasch gemeinsam im letzten Semester im Ausland, wird im Sommer noch ein Volontariat am Mittelmeer machen und dann im Wintersemester ab Oktober wieder ganz da sein. Sid spitzt die Ohren, sobald es um Feminismus und jegliche Art von Ungerechtigkeiten geht, hat Unterwasserhockey als neues Hobby entdeckt, lebt und liebt Musik und besitzt einzigartige Synapsen, die sich lexikonartig Liedtexte merken können. Sid kocht fantastische Nudelgerichte und ist eine sehr angenehme Serien-Watch-Partner*in.

Jo (keine/sie/they) wohnt gerade mit Sid zusammen und wird ebenfalls im Herbst einziehen. Kürzlich hat Jo ein Seminar zum Lehmhaus-Bauen besucht. Wenn Jo nicht im Orga- oder Uni-Modus ist, verbringt sie leidenschaftlich Zeit in der Boulderhalle oder am liebsten draußen am Fels. Außerdem verirrt sich Jo gerne mal in den Tiefen irgendwelcher Doku-Nischen und teilt dieser dann gerne mit uns :)

Over the summer, there will be some changes: Li and Ch will both be leaving Lüneburg, Si and Jo will move in, and Ha will be here and remain a constant :)

After living together in different constellations and knowing each other to varying degrees, we will spend the next few months figuring out how we want to live together.

Here are some thoughts on what we think would be great:
We would love to have a close and trusting flat-share life. We are very excited to be involved in each other's lives, hanging out together, sharing thoughts, experiences, and vulnerable moments. We especially want to live together as a FLINTA* WG!

We shop together, share food, and have a share in a community-supported agriculture (Solawi). Currently, we occasionally cook for each other and enjoy eating together. We want to deepen this: having set cooking days, for example, sounds great to us :) We sometimes have long chats in the kitchen, go to demonstrations or events together, watch films and documentaries, and cut each other's hair.

In the living room, there are plenty of creative materials and in the basement, there's space for DIY projects. We love open doors in the flat and having guests, but also value the importance of space for retreat and solitude. Honest and open communication about feelings and needs is very important to us (even if it's sometimes difficult).

Currently, we have a weekly meeting and a cleaning plan to keep the communal areas clean. Our shared goal is for all rooms to be cleaned once a week, and we are looking for someone who shares a similar need for cleanliness and tidy workspaces (e.g., in the kitchen) and is keen to actively shape the flat-share.

Mondays and Thursdays are our shopping days. This way of organizing our home should adapt to our needs and can be adjusted if something no longer feels right.

From September on you will be living here with Hasch, Sid and Jo:

Hasch (she/they) was away for a year and is now freshly back in Lüneburg. At the moment, a new voluntary position is keeping her busy. With a little more time on her hands, Hasch loves to organize, jump into the cool waters of the KBS, lose herself in a book or stimulating conversation and enjoy a round of knitting or playing the saxophone. During the summer, Hasch will be around a lot during the week and often out and about at the weekend.

Sid (they/she) was abroad with Hasch last semester, will be doing voluntary work in the Mediterranean this summer and will then be back full-time in the winter semester from October. Sid pricks up his ears when it comes to feminism and any kind of injustice, has discovered underwater field hockey as a new hobby, lives and loves music and has unique synapses that can memorize song lyrics like a lexicon. Sid cooks fantastic pasta dishes and is a very pleasant series watch partner.

Jo (none/she/they) is currently living with Sid and will also be moving in this fall. Jo recently attended a seminar on mud house building. When Jo is not in orga or uni mode, she is passionate about spending time in the bouldering hall or preferably outside on the rocks. Jo also likes to get lost in the depths of some documentary niche and then likes to share it with us :)

Neben den gemeinsamen Aktivitäten ist uns ein achtsamer Umgang und eine Awareness für queerfeministische Themen und Machtverhältnisse allgemein wichtig. Wir ziehen viel daraus, uns gemeinsam über patriarchale Strukturen und Alltags- & Datingsituationen auszutauschen (aufzuregen) und über unsere politische Arbeit in verschiedenen linken Gruppen zu sprechen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn das in einer neuen Konstellation weiterhin so ist.
Als Mitbewohnis machen wir unterschiedliche Erfahrungen in der Welt, z.B. in Bezug auf Geschlecht, Neurodiversität und Klasse. Wir sind alle weiß positioniert. Wir haben den Anspruch an uns, uns immer wieder mit Herrschaftsverhältnissen, von denen wir strukturell profitieren, auseinanderzusetzen und (Selbst)Kritik zu üben. Wir wissen, dass wir noch viel zu lernen haben. Gleichzeitig versuchen wir in der WG einen fürsorglichen Umgang zu finden und über Erfahrungen zu sprechen. Uns ist Sensibilität für trans*-, nicht-binäre und queere Perspektiven und Themen wichtig. Unser Zuhause ist für uns ein Raum, in dem wir uns verletzlich zeigen und voneinander aufgefangen werden können.

Finanzkrams: Die Durchschnittsmiete für jedes der vier Zimmer in der WG liegt momentan bei ca. 420€. Wir wollen miteinander solidarisch umgehen und eine Bieter*innenrunde machen, in der wir persönliche Einkommenssituationen und damit verbundene Privilegien reflektieren, um auszuhandeln, wer wie viel Miete zahlen kann. Zu den Zimmern gehört auch eine Kaution von 565€.

Haustiere: Leider können bei uns laut Hauptmietvertrag keine Tiere wohnen :(

Pets: Unfortunately, according to the main rental contract, pets are not allowed :(
