Reinforced access door. In the great district of Retiro. Excellent means of transport at your disposal within 100 metres. Close to the wonderful “Retiro” Park (a 5-minute walk). Cozy room with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bookcase. Flat TV set with DVD player in the room. In a very safe area. By the “Colonia del Retiro” (an estate formed by detached houses in this exclusive area in Madrid). Underground station: Conde de Casal (line 6 – Circular). Buses: 14, 30, 32, 63, E, 145, 152, N8, N9, N10 Y N11. Caretaker and lift. The Bus Terminal “Estación Sur” is two stops away. Atocha Railway Station is 10 minutes away either by bus or underground. Just two minutes away from the underground and several buses. The wonderful Retiro Park is five minutes on foot. In this park you can go cycling, jogging boating or simply for walks with a great pond and two exhibition centres. Atocha railway station is 10 minutes away and the Estación del Sur (Bus terminal to travel around Spain and Europe) is also ten minutes away. Lots of supermarkets in the area, health centres a a big hospital 5 minutes away.
We usually have both Spanish students and Erasmus students. We are looking for clean tidy girls who come to Madrid to study and enjoy the city as well. We are interested in sociable and quiet people. We do not want people to organise parties in the flat. You can bring your friends during the day but respecting the other students living in the flat.
You can contact us either by email or using whatsapp. The building has a caretaker from Monday to Friday and he collects the rubbish at 8 p.m. At the weekend you have to bring your rubbish to the containers provided. You can recycle plastics, cardboard, paper and glass. Several containers by the entrance door to the building.
