Hello!
I am looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in a 2 shared WG.
The apartment is 90m2 big, including two spacious and furnished rooms. There is a small common room with sofa, TV and could be used as guest room.
The kitchen is spacious and has all necessary equipments. There is also an attched balcony to the kitchen facing a beautiful garden.
The apartment is well connected to all corners of the city and located on a beautiful old street near the Dom. Elbe is 5mins by walk. Supermarkets, restaurants, and tram station (Hasselbachplatz) are in the vicinity of 5 mins walk from the apartment.
There is a S-Bahn Station near the home where you can take regional trains to Stendal, Uelzen and Schönebeck. There is a bus stop in the same street as the apartment where you can get Night bus service too.
You will live with my lovely flatmate, Ashwini, who will continue to stay in the flat. She is from India and currently doing her PhD at OVGU. She’s Friendly, Kind and enjoys cooking.
We are looking for someone who can get along well and keep the flat clean together.
The move-in date is on 15th February. An early move-in could also be a possibility with pre-arrangement.
