Hello,
Are you looking for a furnished room in a multicultural house? This might be the perfect place for you! The room features a large window that keeps it very bright inside. The house is equipped with individual heating system, ensuring it’s quite warm in winter. The room is located on the ground floor and has a bathroom shared among three people. Another bathroom is available on the upper floor for the other three residents upstairs.
As I’m leaving the house in mid-November, you can move in from 16th November. I’d like to sell the existing furniture to the new tenant for 100€. The furniture is of decent quality and in fairly good condition.
The house is conveniently located right at the Marzling bus stop and is just a 7-minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Isar river is within a 10-minute walking distance. Nearby amenities include a bakery, post office, Asian restaurant, outdoor public sports facilities, and nice forests.
We have enriched WG family from various corners of the globe. With a cleaning schedule in place, we strive to keep the house tidy and pleasant for all residents. We sometimes cook dinner together or have a little chat in the kitchen.
The house has its own garden with a beer table where you can enjoy fresh air. There is a garage where we keep our bikes and use it as extra storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and more. Please use the word pasta in your message to show that you have read our text fully. In the basement, we have a new washing machine and a separate room for laundry drying.
