A single room in a shared flat will be free from December 15 or 1st January in Ampfingstr., a very well-served area between Ostbahnhof and Berg am Laim. In the flat, there are two other rooms currently occupied by two nice guys.
The rent is 800,00€ and is inclusive of everything except the Internet, which has to be handled independently, and the Rundfunkbeitrag, which is equally split among the roommates.
The current furniture in the room will stay, additionally I bought a large L-shaped desk and installed RGB leds, which I would sell to the next tenant for 150€.
Priority will be given to people interested from mid December and that will take over my desk.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, a washing machine, a microwave, a grill, and a boiler.
The flat is at the 4th floor (with elevator), it has a balcony and the building has a bike cellar.
There is a 200ish€ transaction fee to be paid to the intermediary and is a one-time payment. He will handle the move and will provide you with the contract.
Deposit: 3 months.
