As you can see in the provided plan of the apartment, this is a duplex apartment. Living room, kitchen and a bathroom are located in the upper floor, while sleeping rooms are in the lower floor.

The renting room is suitable up to two persons, with a private bathroom attached to the bedroom. It is quiet, warm and spacious. You can freely use other shared areas of the apartment like living room, kitchen and the big southern terrace.

As long as I don't have a car, you can use the underground parking lot :)

Just 450 meters walk to the Josephsburg U-bahn station, line 2. Then 15 minutes to the center by subway.
500 meters to the Ostpark.
Rewe, Norma, Edeka & Lidl in less that a kilometer.

I'm a 39 years old single man, student of a master degree program in Bayern and work at the same time.
I am atheist, but your religious and political beliefs are respected to me.

I do a lot of outdoor activities such as cycling, running and hiking. I've 6 bicycles! That would be cool if you are road or MTB cyclist too!

I work outside of the house, but my working time is flexible.

This apartment is not only a calming and quiet place to rest and sleep, but also a livable place to live together and enjoy the time being as flatmates. We are going to cook together, watch movies or TV series, share our life experiences, do outdoors activities and be able to learn new exciting things. I'm looking for flatmates with good + vibes :)

Your friends and families are welcomed to come, but up to a logical level. They can be here when you're in the house. You are not going to pass the key to somebody else.

Bringing a pet is not allowed on paper, the exception is that I really like your pet!

You are a very clean person and keep the bathroom, kitchen, living room and all other shared areas clean and tidy!

I'm not kinda strict person, but you should know the boundaries!

Our contract will be for 3 months. After a month if we get along well, our contract could be extended to two years. Otherwise you have two months time to find another place.

You have your own income or family support as a student, not from jobcenter.
