Apartment located on the ground floor. Two rooms, fully equipped.
Heated floors. Washing machine and dishwasher. Full sized fridge.
The room itself is facing the street so it gets natural light all day. Faint traffic noises may be heard due to the proximity even though windows are Double-Glass. Electric shutters on all divisions
Rewe across the street, U-Bahn (U2) 1 minute away walking distance. Rossmann 2 minutes away and pharmacy on the rear side of the block. Near the Tram 21 line.
I'm leaving the apartment during the month of January because I will be travelling. I'll leave you with my flatmate which is a highly dynamic Portuguese Student at TUM. Both of us are finishing our Master's in Aerospace.
We usually share everything, and have a pretty good daily dynamic. We both like keeping fit and eat well. If you like to be secluded in your room all by yourself maybe this is not the WG for you.
