The bedroom is small, but you are welcome to use my spacious and beautiful coaching room in the evenings, which comes with its own WC. The main bath has a shower/bath. There is a big kitchen with plenty of storage, and a housekeeper comes in once a month.

I work from home and I'm seeking a nerdy, kind, honest, clean male student. You will be responsible for taking out the trash, recycling, and sharing the duties of emptying the dishwasher and vacuuming when the housekeeper is not around. We always tidy up in the kitchen after cooking and never leave pots, pans, or dishes in the sink or on the stove overnight.
Additionally, it is requested that you sit on the toilet instead of standing while urinating and refrain from peeing in the shower. The location is convenient, being only 3.5 minutes from the underground, five minutes from the S-Bahn, and 3.5 minutes from shopping.
