A fully furnished 14m2 room with balcony in a 4er WG is available for a short term of 2 months from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025 (the dates are flexible with further extension possible). The monthly rent is 750 EUR which is all inclusive (Cold rent + Warm rent). The room is furnished with all the necessary amenities like study table, office chair, almirah, long side rack and a comfortable double bed (box type). Due to a big balcony, the room gets a lot of sunlight, fresh air and offers a nice sunset view. The WG has 4 rooms, a small common area with attached kitchen, dining table and TV. It is fully equipped with baking oven, fridge (with freezer), washing machine (with dryer) and a dishwasher. The bathroom and toilet are combined and shared with all the flat mates.
The WG is on the 6th floor of a 14-floor building with double glazed windows which prevents street noise thereby making it quiet and peaceful.
Transportation:
BUS 60, 171, 170 - The bus stops are just next to the building and provide a direct connection to BMW FIZ, Olympia Einkauf Zentrum and Feldmochinger Bf.
U2 - The stop for U-Bahn is 8 min walk from the house and is also accessible via Bus 60 (2 min). Munich Hbf can be reached within 20 min from U2.
Supermarkets:
There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. Lidl is a stone's throw away from the building. A big EDEKA is at the U-Bahn stop Hasenbergl. A special Te-gut 24 x7 hr supermarket is 2 min walk from the building. It is also open on weekends.
Apotheke is just opposite to the building.
Tedi and KiK are just downstairs along with a nice Bar and hair salon.
You will be living with 3 other flat mates (as of now all males) from diverse backgrounds who are very cordial and welcoming. The WG is a mixture of students and working professionals. It is a quiet environment where people mostly have their own routine but are always ready for a conversation. There is a cleaning schedule which is followed in the WG and must be respected by the new tenant.
No KVR is possible.
Further extension is possible.
A security deposit for all the furniture inside and outside room is of 500 EUR.
A personal ID is required as documentation.
