Welcome to Ari, Frieder, Jo and Marghe (me) flatshare!
Sadly I’ll be leaving the house at the beginning of February and we are looking for someone to take my place. We are currently 2 boys and 2 girls, so we prefer a girl to keep the right balance, but we are open for the right person.
Ari is Russian and she works in Munich, Frieder is German and he studies IT business management and works remotely from home, Jo is German as well and he is in Munich to attend his MBA. We speak English in the house and we are open to all nationalities.
Our cozy apartment has 4 rooms (the one that will be rented is Zimmer 4 in the house plant), 2 bathrooms and one common area with the kitchen. We also have a balcony as part of Jo’s Room (Zimmer 3) and he lets us all use it when we ask!
We’ve been leaving together for the past 5 months and we look for someone who wants to bring some good vibes and energy to the house. We all have our own spaces but we also like to spend some time together such as cooking special dinners, movie nights and games, and parties. For cleaning, we have set up a weekly schedule to be able to all contribute to have a clean space to live in.
The whole apartment has been fully renovated this summer, so everyhting is new and perfectly works!
The room comes with a double bed (140x200), a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, as well as a big mirror, a lamp and a carpet.
All shops are closeby (groceries, dm, pharmacy, gym, library, etc.), metro U5 is 4 minutes walking away and you can reach city centre in 15 min, S bahn is close as well, and with a 15-20 min walk you can reach Westpark, one of the many beautiful parks of Munich where my favourtie coffee place is located.
The house is managed by an agency who helps in case we need anything. We prefer to look for our own flatmate who we know will fit with the people already living in house, but everything we’ll be managed by the agency which of course requires someones financially sustainable to pay the rent.
