Quite calm when it comes to road noises because the flat is in a back building.

Perfect location, close to the U-bahn station Goetheplatz (2-5 minutes depending on the length of your legs).
Many Bars and Restaurants as well as the Isar in walking distance, perfect for a little dip in the summer (or winter...).
Good public transport with Ubahn and (night-) Buses.
Shops all within 3-15 min walk (Lidl, Edeka, Alnatura, Penny, DM, REWE, Post Office).
Around 10 min walk to Theresienwiese.

We're an international 8er WG consisting of students and young employees. As a flat we do a lot together, whether it's a cosy chill or film evening, cooking session or even the occasional party on the weekends. We like to create a joyful living environment with social activities.
There are also many nationalities here (France, Italy, USA, Australia). All languages are used but we mostly communicate in English.
We usually have dinner together. Whoever wants to join can. In our building there are also two other 8er WG's, with whom we stay in close contact. We like to cook together, watch movies and play games.
We got two bathrooms, one kitchen and a small room to hang out together, so there's plenty of space for all of us. To ensure that the flat does not get too messy, we have a cleaning plan that we expect each housemate to take an active role in.

Basically, this place is perfect if you like meeting new people and want a lovely home in the heart of Munich.
