I am subrenting my room from the 1st of March to the 28th included. I am moving out the 1st of march and the next tenant is coming in April.
If you are not planning to stay for this exact time period, we can discuss and find an agreement ! :)
If you need sleeping stuff just let me know. The bedroom will be equipped with a bed and a large wardrobe. There will also be a desk. My personal stuff will be removed.
The room is 16m2, perfectly located at Poccistraße. It has been renovated and is facing the court.

The price from the 1st to the 28th is 600€. To be paid the first day please.

You are very close to the city center but the room is facing the court so it is calm.
Mobility : The U-Bahn (U6/U3) and Bus stop are right in front of the appartment. There is plenty of space to park your bike/motorbike inside the court. You are 10min away from Marienplatz.
Neighbourhood : Edeka/Rewe & Aldi 5 min away by feet maximum. Bar/pub next to the flat. As well as the Bahnwärter Thiel.

2nd floor, with an elevator. The 3 other tenants are very chill and cool. It is a calm WG with 1 student (20 yo) and 2 workers (24 and 27 yo). They are German and speaks very well English.
Cleanliness is very important. There is no living room.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need.
