An amazing place south of the inner city and right on the river Isar. 5 minutes walk maximum from the U3 station Thalkirchen . U-Bahn stations Sendlinger Tor-Marienplatz-Odeonsplatz are reachable within 12 minutes, connecting to all other U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines.

WG life is relaxed and friendly with plenty of space to cook (gas stove) and hang out. The living room (named Arbeitszimmer in floorplan), is perfect for hosting friends or relaxing on the couch. Nicko, the roommate who is staying, is super chill and friendly.
Important is maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment and respecting house rules and each other. Friendliness is expected, but a closed door after a long day is okay too.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
