Hello everyone!

I’m very excited to welcome a new flatmate to share my apartment with! :)

I have a two-room apartment available, which includes a shared living room and kitchen. Your room is fully furnished, so you can move right in.

Availability:
The apartment will be available starting October 15th, 2024. It’s located in the center of Munich, directly above the Maillingerstraße U-Bahn station (U1 line).

Duration:
The initial rental period is 3-6 months, with a high possibility of extending for the long term if it’s a good fit for both of us.

Location Perks:
You’ll find Lidl, Rewe, dm, Apotheke, and various Bio, Asian, Italian, and Turkish shops all within a 1-minute walk. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby!

Rent:
The warm rent is €900.

About me:
I’ve been living in Germany for five years and recently moved from Berlin to Munich for a job opportunity. I work as a landscape architect and I’m very passionate about my career and life in general.

I’m a social person who enjoys staying active. I love sports, yoga, meditation, and hanging out with friends on the weekends. One of the main reasons I moved to Munich is to enjoy more nature-based activities and explore southern Germany, especially for sports and outdoor adventures.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:

1. Someone fun and easy-going, who values cleanliness and good communication.
2. A working professional who speaks either English or German.
3. It would be great if we could hang out occasionally, maybe cook together from time to time.

If you’re open-minded, sporty, love traveling, and have interests in different cultures, architecture, podcasts, music, or dance, you could be the ideal flatmate!
