We are looking for a new roommate!
From the 1st of December, a 13m² room will be available in our shared apartment. The room will be sublet for 1 month and 10 days until the 10th of January (KVR is not possible). The listed rent includes heating, electricity, and internet, so there are no extra costs.
The total rent ( month + 10 days ) = 730
The room has a large window with a view of the lawn in front of the house. It has a built-in closet that is not included in the square meters. Otherwise, it is furnished, with the bed and desk in the photos. The room also has solid wood floorboards.
Our shared apartment is relatively large at 107m² in total; we have a large dining and living room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and everything you need for cooking is also available. We also have a basement for extra storage space!
We live on the ground floor. behind and in front of the house we have a lawn that invites us to barbecue evenings in the summer.
We live in a quiet residential area not far from the large Panzerwiese. There are shops (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) within a 10-15 minute walk, the bakery is a little closer. If you walk/cycle a little further you will come to the Mira Center - a shopping center with everything you could need. In 10 minutes you can walk to the Harthof subway station (U2), which takes you either into the city or to Feldmoching to the S-Bahn. By bike you can be in the city center in about 25 minutes. There are also plenty of parking spaces.
Gemma (29), Ani (28), and Omar (30) currently live in the shared apartment. We work and study; Gemma is a biologist and works as a doctoral student at the Helmholtz Institute, Ani just finished his Master's in Computational Science and Engineering and works in the medical field, and Omar is finishing his studies for a Master's in Data Engineering and Analytics and working part-time in a software company.
We get along well as a flatshare, even though when are all quite busy. When we do find ourselves together, we enjoy cooking or grilling as a group.
