Hello,
A room in Pasing will be available in our WG from 15.07. The room is not furnished, but it has a small desk shown in the pictures that will stay. You could also get the bed (with a fairly old mattress you might want to change) and the malm dresser from Marie, who is leaving the place, for 120€.
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with all electric appliances like an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. There is also a lot of common stuff in the kitchen like pots, pans, dishes, etc. We expect a contribution of 60 euros in the first rent for all the common stuff.
The apartment is located 5 minutes by foot from the Pasing train station and it is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and the Pasing Arcaden mall. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. It is also pretty close to the beautiful Pasinger Stadtpark 😊.
The roommates are 3 very nice guys. Cédric is a French 24-year-old French guy doing his Ph.D. in Remote Sensing. He loves cooking and he is always in for a beer after work. He likes practicing sports. Kati is German, 22 years old, and she is working in the Marketing & Commercial domain here in Munich. She is also cooking a lot and she likes photography, reading and watching documentaries. Quim is a 24-year-old Spanish guy working as a Software Engineer in aerospace applications. He likes reading books, doing outdoor sports and having long conversations. We tend to chill out together for a beer after work, however of course it is possible to maintain your privacy and stay in your room if you don’t feel like it. Cédric and Quim are learning German at the moment, however, a good command of English is preferred.
We consider worth to notice that the room is pretty small (8 sqm) and it can be sometimes a bit noisy because is it located in front of the main corridor between the toilet and the kitchen. It might not be suitable for someone that needs a very quite and spacious place. We would really appreciate it if you could acknowledge this in your message because it is really important for us to find someone to live with in a long term (OTHERWISE WE MIGHT DISMISS IT) . We want you to feel comfortable in your new flat :)
