Hey there!
We are looking for new fun and friendly flatmate starting 1st of October, we’re LGBTQ+ friendly, and easy-going. The place is beautiful with a spacious kitchen with lots of light and of course with a new dishwasher and washing machine! ;) There is also two large balcony connected with a beautiful view, perfect to enjoy a nice summer evening.
The apartment is located close to PEP(a large mall) and Ostpark perfect to buy anything you need and the park ist great for runs or sunbathing. The subway line is just a 10mins walk or you can take a bus to Neuperlach Zentrum. We are having a cleaning schedule. We also have a basement and a lift, since the apartment is on the 5rd floor.
Phillipe and I decided to start our own WG and we really want to make it a cozy and homey place. I studied economics and I working in audit, here in Munich, I mostly work from home. I also like cooking and running. We both work a lot but we also like to relax and have fun in our free time. So, we are always down for a drink or a nice chat in the evening.
Regarding the rent, in the 750 EUR, everything is included, 250 Mbits Internet, GEZ, water and electricity. As we recently purchased a new kitchen and washing machine, there is takeover amount of 600 EUR.
