We rent one15 sqm rooms in a 120 sqm apartment very nearby (1-3 min walk) U-Bahn-Station -Am
Hart- for 950 EUR including everything (warm).
The room has a separate bath room.
The apartment is in 1. of 2 floors of a house with a very beautiful garden.
The house is at the end of a one way street, next to a park in a very quiet surrounding.
All rooms and the whole apartment is fully furnitured with mostly high quality furniture and
electric equipment.
You have access to a big balcony and the garden.
We are specifically looking for PhD students, postdocs or other science background employee.
Possibly also engineering employees from the companies nearby.
Strictly non-smokers (smoking of you or your guests is a rent cancelation reason!)
Internationals are welcome!
There is already two female PHD students living in the apartment, so other females are preferred.
If you speak Bavarian (or want to try German)- to be able to speak to neighbour, interested in little
garden work or want to take care of the aquarium in the apartment, it is a plus – not a must.
Important: The apartment will be shared mostly by 3 people, we the landlord family (3 year old girl)
plan to come in semester breaks roughly 2x2 weeks per year to live there aswell. If you do not like
this, please to not apply.
The rent includes fast cable Internet, aswell as all other additional property expense like electricity and heating. Regular cleaning of the shared rooms is also included - this might change in future.
