You will have excellent public transport connections right at your doorstep (all by foot):
- S-Bahn S3 and S5 (St.-Martin-Str.) only 4 min
- Tram 18 (Werinherstr./St.-Martin-Platz) only 8 min
- Bus 54 (St.-Martin-Str.-Ost) only 8 min
- U2 (Giesing) about 15 min
There is an Edeka Express 4 mins away, and a REWE 12 mins away by foot. Since the S-Bahn (St. Martins Platz) is just a stop away from Ostbahnhof, I usually go to Lidl or Aldi there on the way back from work.
The Ostbahnhof also has an Edeka and a DM that are open until 11pm!
Your future housemates will be:
- Zack 🇨🇳, a student studying Elektrotechnik & Informationtechnik at the TUM, and comes from China. He also has lots of Legos and a cool gaming setup, you always know when he's in the kitchen cooking something up because it smells so good 😋
- Moritz 🇩🇪, already working, sharply dressed and very professional, comes from the Stuttgart area. Its a blast chatting with him on lots of different topics because he's very knowledgeable 👀
They're both really nice and friendly guys :-). Due to our very varied schedule (mostly my long working hours....) we don't see each other so often, but we do chat alot when we end up in the kitchen together!
Internationals are more than welcome to send a message :D.
Someone that is employed is preferable but if you are a student and can sufficiently provide proof of ability to pay that would also be okay!
